Customers provide their product information. Unlimited product capacity describes catalogue capacity, not unlimited manual product entry or storage.
Compatible payment providers may be used for the store. Provider fees and any third-party licences still apply. Requirements and integration compatibility are reviewed with the team; sales, conversion outcomes and unagreed custom development are not guaranteed.

Questions about ecommerce?
What does the Magento ecommerce package cost?
£99 + VAT (£118.80 including VAT) at order covers your first month. Your saved payment method is then charged £99 + VAT (£118.80) automatically each month on your signup anniversary. For shorter months, Stripe uses the last available day. There is no separate £1 starting payment for this package.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel with one month's notice by contacting our team.
What is included?
Your Magento-powered ecommerce website, creative design, unlimited product capacity, hosting and integrations. We review your store brief, product information and integration requirements with you so the build reflects your business.
Do unlimited products mean unlimited manual data entry?
There is no artificial product-count cap on your store. You supply your product information, images and any existing catalogue files; we discuss the import and setup work with you. Unlimited catalogue capacity is not a promise of unlimited manual product entry or unlimited infrastructure resources.
Can I choose my own payment provider?
Yes. Your shop can use a Magento-compatible payment provider rather than being tied to one provider. Compatibility depends on the provider and available Magento integration. Your payment provider's transaction charges and any third-party licence fees still apply.
Why does the order checkout use Stripe?
Stripe collects our monthly website-build and hosting service fee. That does not require your finished Magento shop to use Stripe for its customer payments. Tell us which payment provider you want your shop to use.
Which integrations can I request?
Tell us about your payment provider, shipping, accounting, stock, EPOS or other systems in the order brief. Hosting and integrations are part of the service; our team reviews compatibility and the implementation requirements with you. We do not promise that every third-party system or paid extension is compatible or licence-free.
Are the example shops real client websites?
No. These are illustrative store concepts that show possible design directions and ecommerce features. They are not live customer shops, endorsements or claims that a named retailer uses Magento.
What happens after I order?
We receive your business details and store brief, then contact you to discuss creative direction, product information, payment preferences and integrations. You focus on your business while we handle the design, build and hosting. If you have a launch deadline, discuss it with us before ordering.
Will my shop be guaranteed to make sales?
No platform or design can guarantee sales. We build a professional, responsive ecommerce store; results also depend on your products, pricing, marketing, fulfilment and customer demand.
